Acne naevus
While typically benign and asymptomatic, treatment may be sought for cosmetic reasons or complications. Topical therapies like retinoids or salicylic acid may offer modest benefits. Oral antibiotics may be used for secondary infections, while procedural therapies like curettage or laser therapy may be considered for larger lesions.
