Comedo naevus typically presents as a single cluster of dark hyperkeratotic papules and horny plugs, most commonly on the face, trunk, neck, and upper extremities. Specific subtypes may exhibit various distribution patterns and may be associated with additional abnormalities affecting the skeleton, central nervous system, eyes, dentition, and skin.
