Treatment
Granuloma Annulare
Treatment for granuloma annulare is often not necessary, as many cases resolve spontaneously. However, persistent or aesthetically concerning lesions may require intervention. Options include topical steroids, cryotherapy, light therapy, and skin camouflage. In cases associated with systemic diseases, managing the underlying condition is paramount. For extensive or resistant forms of granuloma annulare, systemic treatments such as dapsone or retinoids might be considered under specialist supervision to mitigate potential side effects.
